Shipping Information

We'll ship anything on our site to anywhere in the United States—even Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico—just $8 for orders under $99 (free thereafter) to your doorstep or your team coach. Don't love it? Return it within 7 days with no questions asked. It's that easy (custom and specialized items are excluded).

We created SwimTeam Outfitter to be different from the other swimming store brands. Unlike the other brands that underservice and overcharge, we make a high-quality team store that’s made by real swimmers, coaches, and parents for real swimmers, coaches and parents. As a part of this process, we have established an exclusive agreement with your team coach to:

  1. Protect your coach-approved gear and tech suits from market fluctuations in price by providing a locked-in annual MSRP discount;
  2. Advocate on behalf of your team for the best gear and product availability from our approved brand partners;
  3. Service your team with individualized attention and world-class customer service;
  4. Provide 3% of all individual and group sales back to your team in cold hard cash.

As part of this agreement please understand that our fulfillment process is, by default, set up differently from or other mass market retailers. With that said, please allow the following for your order to be received:

  • Up to 21 business days for individual purchases, team bulk orders, or the End Date of Flash Sales;
  • 6-8 weeks for branded merchandise.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us. We do apply returns to the tender it was purchased with.

In regards to exchanges, for the best service and selection please order your replacement items by calling your Account Manager for assistance.



All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. 

  • Items Returned by Mail: If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return. 
  • Shipping Charges: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.
